Chris Harriss earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia College of Columbia University and his law degree from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Neal H. Rosenberg, Chris worked for nearly eleven years at the New York City Department of Education's Office of the General Counsel's Special Education Unit, ultimately culminating in his role as the Managing Attorney of the Appeals Unit. Between his litigation, appellate and supervisory experience, Chris has worked on countless special education matters over the years, bringing both a detailed knowledge of the law, as well as extensive real-world experience, to his practice. He and his wife Sarah, the proud parents of two wonderful children, live in Westchester.
